Vitamin C is undoubtedly one of the most essential vitamins to the human body. It is an antioxidant, meaning a type of substance that prevents or reduces the amount of damage caused by oxidation. It helps prevent damange to your cells by limiting the effects of free radicals which are tiny molecules that are the byproduct of digestion.
