Vitamin C is undoubtedly one of the most essential vitamins to the human body. It is an antioxidant, meaning a type of substance that prevents or reduces the amount of damage caused by oxidation. It helps prevent damange to your cells by limiting the effects of free radicals which are tiny molecules that are the byproduct of digestion. Free radical can also be found in tobacco smoke, radiation, and other sources.
Studies show that low amounts of Vitamin C are responsible for certain diseases such as scurvy–a condition in which the skin becomes red, itchy, dry and scaly, and the gums can get sensitive to the point of bleeding.
Super C is a product which we offer for distribution. Its major benefit and what sets it apart from other C products on the market, is that we use 22 sources of Vitamin C. That allows for better assimilation during digestion. Other companies often use 1 or 2 sources, making it harder for the body to benefit from the nutrient. We recommend Super C for retail distributors and health food stores.
For doctors, chiropractors and other healthcare practitioners, we recommend our Vitamin C products which come in capsules and tablets.
We also offer chewable Vitamin C lozenges which provide 250 mg of Vitamin C per tablet. This is great for children and adults on the go. They taste great, and don’t cause stomach discomfort as can happen with regular Vitamin C products.
